Heath Park’s outline planning application gets the green light

Runcorn: May 21st, 2024:  Halton Borough Council’s Development Management Committee has approved the outline planning application for the masterplan for Heath Park.

The plan for the regeneration and development of The Heath Business and Technical Park in Runcorn was unanimously approved at a meeting on Monday, May 20^th.

John Lewis, the boss of SOG Ltd, which owns and operates the award-winning business and technical park, says: “ We are naturally pleased that outline planning permission has been granted for our visionary scheme to transform The Heath.  The proposals which have evolved from four years of meticulous research will secure the long term future of a location that is such an important business and community asset for Runcorn. We now press on to engage with the right investors who can turn our vision into reality.”
