Thanks to its Liverpool City Region location in the heart of the North West, The Heath has excellent transport links and easy access to nearby locations such as Runcorn, Manchester, Chester, Warrington, Cheshire, Liverpool and North Wales, where regional university campuses are located.

Serviced labs, tech and office spaces are available for immediate occupation, on flexible and cost-effective terms. Good quality space is available and all space can be adapted to meet any bespoke business needs. New build opportunities are also available. On-site facilities include a specialist in-house Engineering Hub providing laboratory, civil, electrical and mechanical trade support services, SHE support and training, a purpose-built conference centre offering meeting rooms, day offices and a 120-seat lecture theatre; a licensed cafe, business lounge, events hall, shops and a gymnasium.
