SHE Services
Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) services at The Heath provide expert health and safety guidance, supporting businesses of all sizes to achieve high standards from day one.
The in-house SHE Department is managed by Joanne Fleming, BSc (Hons), a qualified chemist with 30 years’ industry experience and 16 years in HSE management. Support includes compliance, safety systems, GLP, COSHH, audits and training.
Deal With It

Deal With It® is an interactive workshop that uses safety as the catalyst to strengthen organisational culture. It focuses on the behaviours, attitudes and everyday decisions that influence communication, teamwork, accountability and performance across the organisation.
Security
The Heath is supported by a fully trained, SIA-licensed in-house Security Team, on site 24/7, 365 days a year.
They actively monitor the campus, manage access and respond quickly to incidents, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all residents and visitors. Approachable and responsive, the team provides day-to-day support, assisting with security requests and helping maintain the smooth, professional and welcoming operation of the site at all times.
Logistics
Logistics at The Heath provides a reliable, on-site mail room and goods inward service supporting all companies.
Conveniently located with easy vehicle access, our team operates Monday to Friday, offering postage, courier services and secure distribution. We handle UK and international mail, parcels and specialist shipments, along with efficient goods receiving, internal delivery and materials handling, ensuring smooth, safe and responsive day-to-day operations across the entire Heath site.
