The Heath is supported by a fully trained, SIA-licensed in-house Security Team, on site 24/7, 365 days a year.

Their role goes beyond maintaining a safe and secure environment – they actively monitor the campus, manage access, and respond quickly to any incidents, ensuring peace of mind for all residents and visitors.

Approachable and responsive, the team is always on hand to assist with security-related requests, provide support, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site. Their consistent presence and high standards contribute to a safe, welcoming, and professionally managed environment across The Heath.

Emergency Response

Site emergency response management
Fire and lift rescue management
