When asked to rate their overall experience at The Heath, the organiser rated the event “Excellent”, with the same rating given for:
- Organisation and communication leading up to the event
- Helpfulness and professionalism of our Events Team
- Venue and room set-up
- Food, presentation and catering service
The organiser also confirmed that they would definitely hold another event at The Heath and would definitely recommend us to other businesses, organisations, friends and colleagues.
Great Facilities – and Food That Stole the Show!
Our conference and event facilities received particular praise, with the organiser commenting on the quality of the media equipment available for their event.
However, it seems our Catering Team may have stolen the show!
“The media equipment is great and the food is incredible, especially the chicken kebab and sausage roll – they are the star of the show. I liked the tuna sandwiches though!”

Personal Service That Makes a Difference
One of the most rewarding parts of the feedback was the organiser’s comments about the support they received from our team:
“Anthony is brilliant and makes you feel like he listens and has everything in hand. Nothing is too much problem. I am a bit of an anxious person but with Anthony all that goes away.”
They also thanked our wider team:
“Thank you to the catering staff who provided such beautiful food and to Tracey, who was always available when I needed to call her to ask a question.”
For us, this is exactly what great event management should be about. We want organisers to feel confident that everything is under control, allowing them to concentrate on their guests and the purpose of their event.
Listening and Improving
Feedback is also an important way for us to continually improve.
The organiser suggested providing additional soft drinks and replenishing the biscuits during the afternoon. These are exactly the type of comments we value, because sometimes the smallest details can make an already successful event even better.
We will take this feedback on board when planning future events.
